"Hunger Games" Makes It Three Straight Atop Box Office

Fans still haven't had their fill of "The Hunger Games."  The blockbuster hit took in another 33-point-five-million dollars at the North American box office to finish at number one for a third straight week.  "The Hunger Games" has now earned a total of 460-million dollars across the globe.  Finishing in second this weekend is the latest installment in the "American Pie" franchise, "American Reunion."  The comedy generated 21-point-five-million dollars during its first three days in theaters.  The 3D remake of James Cameron's "Titanic" checks in at number three.  The film, which arrived on Wednesday, earned 17-point-four-million dollars from Friday to Sunday.  The action sequel "Wrath of the Titans" is this week's fourth place finisher with 15-million dollars, while "Mirror Mirror" rounds out the top five with eleven-million dollars.
