New BlackBerry Apps On The Way

The maker of BlackBerry devices is getting ready to launch updates for its apps.  Research in Motion says the move will improve connectivity for its users.  It will enable BlackBerry Messenger users to automatically share Twitter updates or their Facebook status with friends.  In a statement, RIM says BlackBerry Messenger connectivity will now be included on apps including Facebook and Twitter.  An executive at RIM says about 20 percent of the new apps in its store are linked to BlackBerry Messenger.
