11:35a.m. in the 1600 block of 6th Avenue, 21-year old Brelyn Renae Gonyier of Moline arrested for Failure to Appear/Contempt of Court. Released. Bond: $5000.
1:22p.m. in the 800 block of 42nd Avenue Drive, 42-year old Sanjuan Davis of Rock Island arrested for Theft – Retail Upgraded to Felony. Taken to Rock Island County Jail.
