A new video circulating on the Internet shows a government employee bragging about the money being spent by the General Services Administration.
(music fades)
The "O-I-G" he raps about is the Office of the Inspector General, which investigated a 2010 GSA conference in Las Vegas and found that more than 800-thousand dollars was spent on questionable items like commemorative coins and a mind reader. The video actually won a contest at the conference. A spokesman for the GSA says the video is, quote, "another example of the complete lack of judgment exhibited" at the conference. GSA chief Martha Johnson resigned this week as reports surfaced of the lavish spending.
