Personal Info Possibly Exposed

Hundreds of people may have had their personal information exposed if they're covered by Delta Dental of Illinois. A box with paper claims and X-rays was lost during shipping. Information like Social Security number and date of birth could be on the claims. About 650 people were notified about the incident. Delta Dental says its benefit processing system and electronic data was not compromised.
