Cross, Quinn Agree On Urgency Of Pension Reform

Governor Quinn and House Minority Leader Tom Cross agree that a pension fix must come sooner than later.  Cross says he's hopeful lawmakers can pass a deal with both Republican and Democrat support.  The state will pay six billion dollars into the pension system this fiscal year.  Quinn says if something isn't done soon, the pension payments will continue to squeeze funding from everything the state wants to invest in, like education, healthcare, and public safety.
