The White Sox used a three-run first inning to back a strong performance by Chris Sale in a 4-2 win over the Indians last evening. Sale went six-and-two-thirds innings, allowing one run on three hits with five strike outs. Hector Santiago came out of the bullpen to surrender a run but grab his second save of the season. Alejandro De Aza led off the game with a solo homer and A.J. Pierzynski added a two-run shot later in the inning. Chicago has started the season 2-and-2. Philip Humber gets the nod opposite Justin Masterson in this evening's second installment.
